If you're unfamiliar with our online booking system but have a preferred stylist or specific time in mind, simply submit a service request along with your preferred dates and times. One of our Meraki Experience Managers will reach out to confirm and schedule the most convenient availability for you.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Requests made same day or within 24 hours may not be accommodated.

With Online Booking you can check real-time appointment availability, review purchase and retail history, update contact information and alert preferences, easily book from previous history, or choose the services, day/time. and the provider that best fits your need.

Existing Guests: If you're logging in for the first time, simply use the email address we have on file and click "Forgot Password" to receive a temporary password.

If a specific service is not displayed during the booking process, it is not available for online booking. Each service is allocated a specific time slot, so please ensure you book the correct service to match your needs. Booking an incorrect service may affect the quality and timing of your appointment.

Current guests are welcome to book any single or multiple service appointments, however due to the complexity in timing or some of our color services, they may not be available for online booking.
